Sunnydene is a family run guest house and you will be sure of a warm welcome, our guest house located near north beach Great Yarmouth, Sunnydene is perfectly located for exploring Great Yarmouth and the Norfolk broads, the bus service that runs from Caister to the town centre then on to Gorleston and the local hospital, runs every 10 - 15 minutes in the summer months and every 20 minutes out of season, there are bus stops very close to Sunnydene.
We have 12 guest rooms 3 single rooms, 2 twin rooms, 2 family rooms and 5 double rooms, one of the twin bedded room is located on the ground floor ideal for disabled people, the room has a wheelchair accessible wet room.
